The K Health & Fitness Centre is our dedicated fitness facility at The K Club Hotel designed to meet your individual fitness goals. This 20,000 sq ft compound hosts a gymnasium, juice bar, pilates studio and in house personal trainers. However, the crown jewel of the fitness centre is its comprehensive ‘pool hall’. Guests can enjoy a dip in our 16.5 metre swimming pool, ideal for someone looking for a relaxing swim or a fun way to spend time with their kids.

Before heading back to your room, jump into our jacuzzi to loosen any aches and pains. At full power the jacuzzi jets are akin to a deep tissue massage, soothing muscle pain and speeding up recovery.

Forget your worries with a trip to our individual sauna & steam rooms. They are not only a calming way to collect your thoughts, lower blood pressure and the release of cortisol (the stress hormone), making you feel in control and relaxed.
