Meeting Rooms

The Palmer Room is highly flexible, tastefully decorated space located in the Palmer clubhouse. The room adjoins an exclusive terrace area with retractable roof and sweeping views out over the Palmer North golf course. The Palmer Room also features its own private entrance and bar should entertainment feature on your itinerary. 

The Legacy Suite is the largest meeting space on the resort. A magnificent ballroom and conferencing facility, this room is located on the ground floor of the newly redesigned South Mezz. There is ample space for car parking and the room is airy with plenty of natural light and fantastic views onto the 18th green of the Palmer South golf course. 

The Tara Suite is located in the resort’s original house, built by Hugh Barton in 1832 and upon which our resort has evolved. This is a wonderful example of the luxury and elegance available when wining and dining colleagues or clients at The K Club. The room features a full, open fireplace, period-appropriate furnishings, original art and has atmosphere and ambience in abundance.  

The Lakeview Room is also situated in The Palmer clubhouse and is just off The Palmer Restaurant. It is a smaller, more private room and is ideal for small meetings and events. The room has several large windows and enjoys natural daylight and great views across the Palmer North golf course.

Located within the hotel, Inis Mór is flooded with natural daylight and offers direct access to the gardens. Ideal for larger groups, Inis Mór offers a discreet, secluded space, promoting a productive atmosphere in beautiful surroundings. This room option is ideal for presentations and training. 

The Garden Room is one of the most visually impressive rooms in the original house. Bathed in history and heritage, this stately room provides natural daylight through double doors that lead directly onto the manicured terraces at the back of the house, which in turn lead to our landscaped gardens and tree-lined avenue. 

The Library is located in the original house of The K Club. It features a small library and luxurious soft furnishing and couches. This room is ideal for an intimate, small meeting or can be used as a breakout area for both the Tower Room and The Tara Suite, both of which are just across the hallway. 

The most flexible space of the new meeting rooms in South Mezz at South Clubhouse, The Studio can host up to 50 attendees for presentations, training sessions, product launches and a multitude of other potential uses. The Studio has a seated area for projector screenings as well as an unseated area for team breakouts and activities.

Compact and intimate, The Loft is a space that can host meetings for up to ten attendees, and provides direct access to an outdoor terrace area. This room also serves as an excellent breakout or satellite area for plenary meetings held in the larger Studio room. 

Spacious and flooded with daylight, The Study is a bright space that can host meetings for up to ten attendees in a boardroom style. With direct access to an outdoor terrace area, this room also serves as an excellent breakout area for plenary meetings held in the Studio room.

The Den is a medium-sized space that can host meetings for up to 12 attendees, a space that is excellent for board meetings that require focus and attention. This room also serves as an excellent breakout or satellite area for plenary meetings held in the larger Common Room. 

The most flexible space of the five all-new meeting rooms at South Mezz, The Common Room can host up to 50 attendees for presentations, training sessions, product launches and a multitude of other potential uses. The Common Room has a seated area for projector screenings as well as an unseated area for team breakouts and activities.

Cosy and intimate, The Nook is the smallest space at South Mezz and can host meetings for up to six attendees, this is a space that is excellent for small team meetings that require focus and attention. This room also serves as an excellent breakout or satellite area for plenary meetings held in the larger Loft room.
