Deluxe rooms benefit from the same warm, calming décor as our Standard Rooms, in these rooms, however, guests also experience a more opulent and spacious feel. 

Our newest room category offers mindful views of the nearby mature woodlands on the resort. Deluxe Woodland View rooms also have the option of interconnecting rooms, or an additional luxury sofa bed, available on request.

Our Deluxe River View rooms are decorated to a very high standard and have the option of interconnecting rooms, or an additional luxury sofa bed, which is available on request. In addition, these rooms provide captivating views of the famous River Liffey as it winds its way through the resort. 

Sweeping drapes in fine fabrics, statement king-size beds, period furniture and high-ceilings, our Liffey Suites recall the resort’s early days as a French chateau-style manor house. These suites are airy with a maximum occupancy of two adults and two children. 

Our Kildare suites are furnished and decorated to the same aesthetic and standard as our Liffey suites but also provide guests with garden and river views. The suites also combine separate living areas with original artworks and photography. 

Named after the suave adventurer, Hugh Barton, who established the resort in the 19th Century, our Barton Suites are furnished to a very high standard and reflect The K Club’s unique past. The suites also provide splendid views out over the River Liffey and have separate living areas. 

Situated in the hotel’s West Wing, this magnificent suite provides a tranquil, meditative space in which to unwind. Elegantly decorated, it has a large bedroom with a luxurious interconnecting living room, which features a large bay window. Guests can revel in the beautiful views it provides. This suite accommodates two adults only. 

This suite provides the option of a second interconnecting bedroom making it the perfect home away from home for larger families. This elegant suite also comprises a large, comfortable living area, four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobe and access to a private veranda. 

Our Viceroy Suite comprises 140 square metres of opulent grandeur, emblematic of the old-world character found in the original Straffan House. Its dream-like views are equalled by an interior design scheme that is breath-taking in its elegance – the perfect escape for happy honeymooners or romantic trailblazers seeking an unforgettable experience.

For the most discerning guests seeking the perfect Irish country escape, the Imperial Suite is the ultimate in country house grandeur. 

The spectacular master bedroom offers a four-poster bed and a host of other luxurious touches. The large living space features a dining area, fireplace and the option of an adjoining second bedroom.
