As the curtain falls on 2026, The K Club will come alive for a spectacular night of celebration, exceptional dining and live entertainment. From the refined surroundings of Barton Grill to the lively atmosphere of The Palmer and South Bar & Restaurant, guests can choose their own perfect way to welcome the New Year.
At Barton Grill, a beautifully curated dining experience will be accompanied by captivating sounds, setting the tone for an elegant and memorable evening, leading to the New Year in style and closing out the evening with some cool beats. Over at The Palmer, Derek O’Connor returns by popular demand, joined by his band for a night filled with live music, dancing and plenty of celebratory spirit. Meanwhile, Ultra Band will bring the energy to South Bar & Restaurant, where great food, cocktails and an electric atmosphere will carry the celebrations well beyond midnight.
As the clock strikes twelve, guests from across the resort will gather beneath the stars for a spectacular fireworks display, illuminating the estate as we welcome 2027 in unmistakable K Club style.

Bid farewell to 2026 with an evening of exceptional dining, fine wine and timeless live music at Barton Grill. This New Year’s Eve, The K Club’s signature restaurant invites guests to gather in refined yet relaxed surroundings for a celebration filled with flavour, warmth and unmistakable style.
The evening begins with a chilled glass of Champagne before guests embark on a five-course culinary journey created by Executive Chef Gary O’Hanlon. Showcasing exceptional Irish produce through classical technique and contemporary flair, each course will bring its own sense of occasion to this one-night-only experience.
With memorable food, wonderful music and all the magic of New Year’s Eve at The K Club, it promises to be a fitting finale to 2026.

Raise a glass to the final night of 2026 as The Palmer comes alive with sparkle, style and a playful touch of Gatsby-inspired glamour.
Dress for the occasion and make your entrance at our welcome reception, where chilled bubbles and lively conversation set the tone for the celebrations ahead. Settle in for four delicious courses showcasing The Palmer’s seasonal fare, accompanied by the elegant sounds of a live pianist.
As dinner draws to a close, the tempo rises. Back by popular demand, Ireland’s own saxophone sensation Derek “DOC” O’Connor returns with his band to fill the dance floor, before a live DJ carries the party into the early hours.
At midnight, step outside and raise a glass beneath a spectacular fireworks display illuminating the estate—a dazzling finale to 2026 and an unforgettable welcome to 2027.
New Year’s Eve at South Bar & Restaurant - Let's Party into 2027!
Gather your favourite people and make the final night of 2026 one to remember at South Bar & Restaurant, where relaxed dining, brilliant live music and feel-good celebration come together.
From 7pm, settle in and enjoy the laid-back sounds of a live guitarist while choosing from South’s eclectic à la carte menu. Then, from 10pm, Ultra Band takes to the stage with an irresistible mix of crowd favourites, filling the dance floor and carrying the celebrations all the way to midnight.
As the countdown begins, step outside for a spectacular view of the resort’s fireworks illuminating the night sky—a dazzling farewell to 2026 and an unforgettable welcome to 2027.
