In peak school holiday times we may offer a kids club facility at the resort whereby certain information such as dietary requirements, age, any know illnesses may be required.

All customer complaints are promptly escalated to the relevant manager. We deal with all complaints fairly and promptly and all issues are resolved as quickly as possible.
