Here’s how you’ll bring The K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:  

  • Responsible for planning, executing and reporting the marketing strategy for all resort segments including hotel bedrooms, F&B outlets, golf, spa and events.
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of internal and external print brand material including brand artwork, assets and marketing collateral.
  • Responsible for the performance and maintenance of the resort website, working with digital marketing and booking engine partners to implement the digital marketing strategy for the resort.
  • Champion’s The K Club brand, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Responsible for developing the yearly events calendar for the resort alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Responsible for managing and co-ordinating the marketing budget for the resort alongside the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Work collaboratively with their respective departments to plan, execute and report on various campaign activities across PR, marketing and social media.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in creating and costing marketing and digital marketing budget and the measurement of results.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing a yearly calendar of resort-owned events, for eg. Comedy Shows, Music Performances, Dinner events etc.
  • Assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in implementing the PR strategy for the resort including assisting with competitions, sponsorship, brand partnerships and collaborations.
  • Responsible for the development of the yearly marketing calendar and ensuring its execution each month.
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand throughout various online and offline channels.
  • Responsible for the updating and maintenance of resort website and third parties, ensuring imagery and content is up to date and in line with best practice.
  • Manage relationships with the key department contacts across the resort, taking a proactive and collaborative approach to building marketing plans across each department.
  • Set-up, co-ordination and management of resort content, including photoshoots and video shoots.
  • Work closely with the resort digital marketing agency to ensure campaigns are implemented on time, in line with the marketing calendar, with all necessary assets including landing pages, artwork, copy and offers.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Team in developing new offers and packages.
  • Manage and implement the resort email marketing schedule ensuring content is fresh and in-line with resort marketing calendar.
  • Create and present weekly and monthly reports on website performance and marketing activity.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key external suppliers including digital marketing agency, brand/design agency, media agency, copywriter, PR, photographers and videographers.

  • This role requires a strong level of attention to detail and excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to support key stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends in correspondence with the business needs
  • Proven record in delivering effective marketing campaigns and driving commercial and brand performance.
  • Excellent levels of personal motivation and is confident, ambitious, and pro-active. Ability to work and collaborate successfully with your team and on your own initiative
  • Strong understanding of online & offline marketing
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Photography, video and content creation skills preferred but not essential
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Revinate CRM (or similar email marketing software eg MailChimp) and website CMS experience is preferred
  • Third level Marketing or Business qualification desired
