Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:  

  • Answer phone calls and emails relating to new business or existing inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, obtain all relevant information and ensure the response is received in a timely manner.
  • Enter individual bookings into the golf booking system and send confirmations to guests
  • Enter group catering and accommodation requirements into Opera the hotel booking system
  • Create group proposals, following up, confirming and managing all golf group bookings
  • Run daily booking reports to check that the online system has appropriate levels of availability 
  • Ensure that the highest standard of service is provided to all K Club clients and for all business enquiries. Assist in creating and maintaining long standing client relationships through outstanding customer service.
  • Take calls and bookings for K Golf World including cancellations and refunds and monitor the res diary booking system 
  • To ensure that all company products are sold and every opportunity for cross-selling is developed. This would include accommodation, corporate events, spa, vouchers, etc.
  • Ensure payment procedure is adhered to for all golf bookings 
  • Upsell restaurant bookings for individual and group golf bookings 
  • To manage the Golf Reservations mail box – forwarding emails where required, flagging and ticking emails as per training, prioritising in order of importance, ensuring emails are responded to within the 48 hour window.
  • To have full knowledge of the Resort Rate Structure, including the various packages on offer
  • Follow up with all Tour Operator bookings for pre-payment .
  • Book all transport requirements for guests
  • Ensure VIP clients are highlighted in the system and the team notified through various channels 
  • To ensure all reservations are entered correctly into the system
  • To ensure all bookings receive an accurate K Club confirmation
  • Produce daily/weekly/monthly reports on bookings and other key information as required.

 

Here's how we see you:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar reservations role 
  • Be highly motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Will have excellent negotiation and decision making skills
  • Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Will be flexible in their working hours
  • Knowledge of Concept and Opera is desirable 
  • An keen interest and knowledge of golf is desirable
