We provide a comprehensive roster of fitness classes at The K Club, where there is something to suit whatever your fitness goals may be. Our fitness instructors are on hand to assist you in realising positive results.
Self-Care Yoga Classes with Gill
Join Gill, our in-house yoga pro, every Thursday from 7pm to 8pm.
Classes are €20 per person and will run from Thursday, 24th November to 22nd December.
Zumba Classes with Elaine
New to The K Spa fitness schedule are Zumba classes with Elaine. Taking place every Tuesday from 29th November, from 6pm to 7pm. Classes are €20 per person.
Fitness Classes with Rob
Rob is back with 40-minute Stretch Classes every Wednesday at 7am. If you're looking for something more intense Rob is also offering a boot camp every Thursday at 7am. Classes will commence the week of 21st November and are €12 per person.
