Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:  

  • To manage and develop relationships with luxury leisure agents and golf tour operators driving leisure and golf sales into the business.
  • To represent The K Club at international leisure and golf events and establish key relationships with agents, clients and operators in the domestic and international market in line with the strategy of the business.
  • International travel will be required across the US, Canada, UK and Europe.
  • To create a tactical sales plan to include trade shows, sales calls and other opportunities in line with the strategy of the business
  • To host site visits and FAM trips with the sales team
  • To ensure that all company products are sold and every opportunity for cross-selling is developed: food & beverage, spa, activities and merchandise.
  • To be aware of the key trends in the market, both domestically and internationally
  • To have extensive knowledge of competitor resorts/hotels and what business is coming into the area
  • To attend all relevant internal sales meetings to update and report on performance levels and results including 121 sessions with Director of Sales & Marketing to discuss performance, work and agree actions as appropriate.
  • To monitor, on a weekly basis, the potential business from all sales leads and to ensure they are appropriately followed through.
  • To be fully conversant with all systems especially Lightspeed and Opera and Opera CRM, ensuring all information related to events, client profiles and activities are up to date on a weekly basis.
  • To attend any other relevant  resort  or group communication meetings as required.
  • To train and develop new and existing staff.
  • To coach and counsel staff where and when appropriate.

  • Existing relationships with golf tour operators or luxury leisure agents would be an advantage
