Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life: 

 

  • Engage with Golfers, ensuring they are greeted, and queries are managed effectively.
  • Ensuring the pace of play on the golf course is acceptable from all groups throughout the day.
  • Ensure all golfers have a pleasant round.
  • Ensure you have a walkie talkie at all times.
  • Minimising any delays that arise on the golf course.
  • Monitoring golf course rules and etiquette and making sure there are adhered to on the course in an acceptable manner by all members, guests, groups etc.
  • Communicating with the course starter and golf stewards and helping them where and when necessary.
  • Helping range attendants with range duties when and where it is necessary to do so.
  •  Display notes on timesheet of any issues occurring each day so they can be referred to if any incidents arise.
  • To ensure that all guest expectations are met, or exceeded.
  • To ensure The K Clubs standards of service are provided for our guests.
  • To effectively communicate with other teams throughout the resort all information that will assist with guest satisfaction.
  • To provide feedback to management on guest complaints and compliments.
  • To ensure maintenance issues are reported and followed up accordingly

 

 

Experience/ Qualifications

  • Will have previous experience working in Golf Services
  • Experience within a 5* environment is advantageous 
  • Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Will have fluency in English , both oral and written
  • Will be flexible in their working hours
