Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:  

  • To assist with the smooth running of the resort throughout the night with regard to front office, bar and room service 
  • To ensure effective communication with other departments in the Resort
  • To transport guests from different areas of the resort
  • To drop staff home and to collect in the morning from the locality
  • To assist with food preparation and food service, including room service at night
  • To assist guests with their luggage
  • To assist guests with any queries they may have
  • To report any maintenance problems to the relevant department
  • To be responsible for the distribution of room status reports and other related reports to all departments
  • To assist in the lockup of the Hotel and to liaise with the security company to ensure the Resort is secure
  • To promote a positive working atmosphere at all times 
  • To create night audit reports

 

How we see you:

  • Will have previous experience in a similar role in a Hotel
  • Will possess excellent communication and customer relation skills
  • Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
  • Will have the ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
  • Will be flexible in their working hours
  • Full Drivers license is required
