Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:  

  • Ensuring the exceptional guest service for the Spa and Leisure Area 
  • Assisting the Manager with Managing our people and performance to a 5 star standard.
  • Focus on team development and training.
  • Managing sales, budgets and marketing strategies with our Operations Manager
  • Effectively Manage Pool and Leisure Centre and all Health and Safety 
  • Efficient communications
  • To ensure the team provides each guest with the highest levels of personal care and attention in accordance with 5 star expectations
  • Assist with the Management of the Membership and reporting
  • Assist with the Management of the Pool and Gym Areas
  • Complete 1-1 meetings and appraisals with team members as per schedule in department.
  • Be responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Efficient and professional service, staff training, motivation, standards and controls.

 

This is how we see you:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a Spa/Leisure Role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential
