Job Description:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming sales inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, and achieving revenue targets. This position requires a proactive approach to client relationship management and exceptional negotiation skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads and assess client requirements to create tailored proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.
  • Prepare and finalise contracts, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in a sales role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or 5-star hotel.
  • Proven track record of successfully converting leads into confirmed bookings.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
