MANAGER IN TRAINING - ROOMS DIVISION

We are now recruiting for a Manager in Training to join our family at The K Club as part of our 12 Month Rooms Division Management Training Programme. 

 

This is a sparkling opportunity for someone with the right focus to work alongside one of Ireland’s most trailblazing hospitality teams.

Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life: 

  • This role encompasses all areas of the Rooms Division including Front Office, Accommodation and Nights Management
  • Our Manager in Training will receive full training on the systems in place: Opera, Res Diary, Snapfix, Timepoint, DM Notebook and Lightspeed
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the areas listed above
  • Develop your leadership skills while supervising and delegating tasks
  • Focus on different projects in each area to assist with your personal growth
  • Be assigned a Mentor and a Buddy for the duration of the Programme
  • Receive training in each area and regular feedback
