Meanwhile, South Bar & Restaurant promises a more relaxed yet electric celebration — the place to be for great food, live music, and cocktails flowing long past midnight.
As the clock strikes twelve, guests from across the resort will come together under a canopy of stars for a spectacular fireworks display, lighting up the night sky in true K Club style as we welcome 2026 with a bang.
New Year’s Eve at The Barton
Bid farewell to 2025 in exquisite style — surrounded by stunning scenery, exceptional wines, and the artful flavours of one of Ireland’s most celebrated chefs. This New Year’s Eve, The K Club’s signature fine dining experience promises an unforgettable night of indulgence and celebration.
Set within the grandeur of Straffan House, this one-night-only evening of fine dining and live entertainment will be a moment to savour. A chilled glass of Champagne on arrival sets the celebratory tone before you embark on a five-course culinary journey created by Executive Chef Gary O’Hanlon.
The evening begins with the smooth, sophisticated sounds of The Satin Martinis, whose classic jazz stylings provide the perfect backdrop to The Barton’s elegant surroundings. After dinner, the celebration continues in The Garden Room, where the tempo rises and the dance floor comes alive with live music to carry you into the new year. As the clock strikes midnight, raise your glass beneath a spectacular fireworks display — the glittering finale to an extraordinary evening and a perfect welcome to 2026.
New Year’s Eve at The Palmer
Step into 2026 in style as The Palmer’s New Year’s Eve Soirée brings sparkle, sophistication, and a dash of glamour to the final night of the year.
Dress to impress and make your entrance at a welcome reception, where bubbles and laughter set the tone for the effervescent evening ahead. Share stories and celebrate the year gone by over four delicious courses of The Palmer’s renowned seasonal fare, accompanied by the elegant sounds of a live pianist.
As dinner winds down, the tempo rises — get ready to hit the dance floor as Ireland’s own saxophone sensation, Derek “DOC” O’Connor, takes the stage, followed by a live DJ keeping the party going well into the early hours.
When midnight arrives, raise a glass beneath a spectacular fireworks display that lights up the night sky across the resort — a dazzling hello to 2026.
New Year’s Eve at South Bar & Restaurant
This New Year’s Eve, forget the formality and gather your friends for a night of favourite tracks, great food, and feel-good energy at South Bar & Restaurant.
From 7pm, enjoy the laid-back sounds of a live guitarist as you dine from South’s eclectic à la carte menu. Then from 10pm, the energy lifts as live music takes over, bringing the dancefloor to life with crowd favourites and irresistible rhythms right through to midnight.
As the countdown begins, step out onto South’s wraparound terrace for a front-row view of the resort’s spectacular fireworks display, lighting up the night sky as we say goodbye to 2025 and welcome 2026 with a bang.
