Wednesday- Mindfulness focusing on reducing stress and anxiety

Concentrating on your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health and wellbeing. This class will help you clarify mental obstacle in your daily life such as stress anxiety and worry


Thursday-  Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is a set of physical exercises (poses or postures) designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. The postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body—especially, the spine—so that energy can flow freely.
In addition to the many physical benefits of a yoga practice such as building strength, flexibility, balance and agility, the corresponding mental effort to bring mindful attention to the present moment unites the body and the mind


Friday – Qigong

Qigong is the ancient philosophical and medical concept of Qi as the energy and information of life. It is the smooth flow and balanced interaction of energies that comprise a person’s health. Qigong provides a simple way to integrate mind, breath and body in a series of ordinary, slow, quiet, still and moving exercises that can help to develop one’s awareness and sensitivity to the flow of Qi and open the innate potential of the whole person. In practicing qigong you use the various exercises to find quietness in movement.
