Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life:
Create a welcoming and friendly environment, resulting in a pleasant atmosphere for both guests and team members alike.
Lead the spa team from the front by demonstrating how to provide excellent customer service from the moment customers are greeted at the front desk, right through to their aftercare experience.
Train, mentor and coach all new staff and ensuring that training is kept up to date and is continued where necessary including product knowledge and spa treatment knowledge, to ensure that all staff are up to date and can explain these to guests
To prioritise your workload ensuring the most urgent items are completed first
Check all daily arrivals, groups and VIP’s
To check all daily arrivals, groups and VIP’s
Drive and monitor retail objectives within the spa team
Ensure that Spa Attendants are trained and following the correct SOP’s
Oversee the booking of treatments and ensure that treatments are allocated fairly to each therapist.
To monitor revenue and work with management to increase same
Support spa management with any ordering and delivery of product and consumables where necessary
To ensure you achieve set targets for retail sales by a thorough understanding of your product and self-promotion of yourself to your clients to build repeat business for the K Spa.
To assist in any other duties as required
