The K Spa is delighted to offer a range of weekly fitness classes. Classes are limited to 10 people per class, and on a first come first served basis.

6.30pm - 7.15pm -Full Body Conditioning

(Cardio & Strenth)

6.30am - 7. 15am: Full Body Conditioning

(Cardio & Strenth)

10.30am - 11.30am: Yoga 10.30am - 11.30am: Yoga

7.15pm - 8pm: Pilates

7.15am - 8am: Pilates
