The K Health & Fitness Centre in The K Club is a modern personal training facility situated on the grounds of The K Club. Comprising of over 20,000 sq ft., this Health and Leisure Centre includes a fully equipped gym, weights room and a Pilate’s studio. The K Health & Fitness Centre prides itself on the personalised service that each member receives. Upon joining each member can partake in an introductory assessment that will deal with everything from diet to what is the best time of day to work out for your body type. Each member also receives a 6 week fitness assessment plan that will build up core exercises around your individual strengths to help you achieve maximum results. The K Health & Fitness Centre allows its members to work out and then relax in a private secluded personal training facility where personal attention is a given.

The centrepiece of our health and fitness centre is the extensive 'Pool Hall', which includes a state of the art 16.5 metre resistance pool with hydrotherapy jets, jacuzzi, experience showers, a relaxation area over looking the outdoor hot tub and luxurious changing facilities with individual saunas and steam rooms. The Hall can be viewed from the reception area, which incorporates a juice bar perfect for that nutritional pick me up after an invigorating work out.
