The purpose of this position is to ensure the smooth running of all food and beverage service in the Byerley Turk & River Room Restaurant and other food and beverage operations, and to ensure that the guest receives the required 5* standard of service and hospitality at all times.
The successful candidates must have excellent knowledge of both food and wine.
Previous supervisory and experience of training junior members of staff.
The successful candidate must be well presented with fluent English and be flexible in working hours.
